The best way to manage this is at the point of upload. When adding a file or image, you already know whether it needs to stay on the site for a month, seven years, or permanently. You could set a reminder in your calendar to remove it later, or…
You could let our content management system do the work for you. Simply set an expiry date and time when uploading a file or image, and our system will automatically remove it when the time comes - no manual cleanups required. If a file needs to stay, just leave the expiry field blank.
